FATLESS SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients
For super cake

  • 3 super eggs
  • 80 grams stark flour ( maida )
  • 80 to 110 grams pulverised sugar

For diminutive cake

  • 2 super eggs
  • 50 grams stark flour ( maida)
  • 50 to 80 grams or pulverised sugar

Method

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Grease and detritus a blistering tin. Use approx.10″ x 5″ or 7″ diam keep for the super cake, and 9″ x 4″ or 6″diameter keep for the diminutive cake.
  3. Beat the foodstuff and dulcify rattling substantially until fat and threefold in quantity.
  4. Fold in the substantially - sieved flour carefully and intermixture gently with a metal spoon.
  5. Pour the variety into the embattled blistering tin.
  6. Bake in a blistering oven at 200 honor C for 15 minutes.
