FATLESS SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients
For super cake
- 3 super eggs
- 80 grams stark flour ( maida )
- 80 to 110 grams pulverised sugar
For diminutive cake
- 2 super eggs
- 50 grams stark flour ( maida)
- 50 to 80 grams or pulverised sugar
Method
- Sieve the flour.
- Grease and detritus a blistering tin. Use approx.10″ x 5″ or 7″ diam keep for the super cake, and 9″ x 4″ or 6″diameter keep for the diminutive cake.
- Beat the foodstuff and dulcify rattling substantially until fat and threefold in quantity.
- Fold in the substantially - sieved flour carefully and intermixture gently with a metal spoon.
- Pour the variety into the embattled blistering tin.
- Bake in a blistering oven at 200 honor C for 15 minutes.
