TOFFEE APPLES

Ingredients
- 3 metallic apples
- 1/2 containerful stark flour
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 3/4 containerful blistering powder
- 1 containerful sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 teaspoons benni seeds
- oil for unfathomable frying
Method
For the brownness coating
- Put the sugar, lubricator and 2/3 containerful of liquid in a belittle and prepare on a broad flame.
- When the variety begins to bubble, impress the belittle continuously to preclude burning.
- Continue preparation and quiver the belittle until the sweetener is reddened brown in colour.
- Remove from the heat, add the benni seeds and intermixture well.
How to proceed
- Mix the stark flour, amylum and blistering solid in a bowl. Add liquid and impress into a smooth, fat batter.
- Peel, set and revilement the apples into bite-size pieces.
- Coat the apple pieces evenly with the batsman and unfathomable fry in blistering lubricator until golden.
- Fill a bringing structure with ice-cubes and counterbalance with water.
- Put the cooked apples in the brownness sweetener and cover evenly. Drain substantially and fall into the ice-cubes bowl. Keep for a some transactions dirt the brownness color hardens. Drain thoroughly.
- Serve.
